Allowances
Your plan is a flat price with included allowances, counted per Stripe billing period. They are not charges, and nothing is billed beyond the plan.
Included each billing period

|---|---|---|---|

| Keyword measurements | 100,000 | Search demand measured for one exact search, including searches measured for keyword research. See search demand. | A measurement Querywright already holds and is still fresh. |
| Keyword exploration requests | 100 | One broad keyword research request. | |
| Manual Google results | 500 | Fresh Google results for one search. | The same search and context, saved in the last 24 hours. |
| Site Intelligence units | 100 | Standing, authority and link snapshots. See links. | The same context, saved in the last 7 days. |
| Rendered page reads | 50 | Reading a page in a browser. | |
| Page experience reads | 60 | Google field and lab data for one page. See page experience. | |

Reading the Usage page
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| “Included this period” | The table of allowances, with the dates of the current billing period. |
| Used | What this period has used. |
| Held | Work still finishing holds its allowance until it settles. |
| Included | What the plan includes this period. “not limited” means the allowance has no limit on your account. |
| Remaining | Included minus used and held. |
| “no current period” | There is no current billing period to count against. Work that uses an allowance is refused until one starts. It is not a zero. |
| “Rank tracking: N of 10 sites active, up to 50 tracked pages each.” | How many sites have rank tracking turned on. |
| “Sites used: N of 10” | Under “Sites this period”: the sites that have used a slot, listed by address. |
| “Scans still finishing” | Sites whose scan is still running. Each holds a slot until the scan finishes. |
| “Your plan is a flat price; these are included allowances, not charges.” | Nothing on this page is billed separately. |
What uses no allowance
| Action | Why |
|---|---|
| Adding, removing or restoring a site | A site counts only when a scan of it succeeds. |
| Opening anything already saved, in the App or through your AI | Reading saved evidence contacts no data provider. |
| Scanning a site that already used its slot this period | “Scanning a site again this period doesn’t use another slot.” |
| Competitors from a saved Google result | Uses no allowance and none of the 10 site slots. |
| Search Console and Google Analytics imports and reads | They use your own Google connection. See Connect Google Search Console and Connect Google Analytics. |
| Google index reports and sitemap reads | They use your Search Console connection, with up to 100 index reports a day for each site. |
| Suggested plans, approval, writing briefs, approved copy, checks and your decisions | None of these contacts a data provider. |
| Work that fails before a data provider is contacted | Nothing was used. |
When an allowance runs out
| What happens | What to do |
|---|---|
| Work that needs that allowance is refused. There are no overages and nothing is billed. | Wait for the next billing period, or use work that needs a different allowance. |
| Sites researched is used up | You can still scan a site that already used its slot this period. New sites wait for the next period. |
| Rank tracking already covers 10 sites | Another site cannot be enrolled while 10 are active. |
| Your AI is told the allowance is used up | It stops and tells you. It does not split the request to get around the allowance or try www and http variants of the address. |
| A new billing period starts | Every allowance starts again. Unused allowance does not roll over, and your history stays. |
Held allowances
| Situation | What it means |
|---|---|
| “Held allowances” panel appears in Settings → Usage | Acquisitions still finishing, or waiting to be reconciled, hold their allowance until they settle. Nothing there needs your action. |
| A held item reads “finishing” | The work is still running. |
| “A slot is held while a scan finishes. If one doesn’t clear, contact us.” | A site scan is still running. If the slot stays held, write to the address in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. |
| Your AI says a request’s outcome is unknown | It does not repeat the request, because a repeat could use the allowance twice. It reports the held item until it settles. |
Before allowance is used
| Rule | Where to read more |
|---|---|
| Your AI asks before work that uses an allowance, unless you already authorized that exact work. | When your AI asks first |
| Enrolling a site in rank tracking is always your decision. | Rankings |
